Cost and Schedule

Does it really cost nothing?

Yes. It's a full scholarship from Adriana's Foundation. It costs nothing to apply, and your family pays nothing for the training.

Can I keep my job?

Yes. Training is in short blocks, like mornings or evenings, so you can work and learn. You'll tell us which schedule fits you best when you apply.

How long does it take?

Months, not years.

The Program

What will I learn?

Communication, sales, and marketing. You'll also learn how to build a resume that gets noticed and how to do well in an interview.

Who will teach me?

Business experts who run the departments at Adriana's Insurance, and professors from some of California's great universities.

Will I get a job?

We help you get ready and connect you with businesses that hire. We can't promise a job, but we'll give you the skills, the practice, and the doors.

The Application Process

What if there are no spots left?

Each group has limited spots, but we open new groups throughout the year. Join the waitlist and you can still get picked.

What if I don't have experience making a video?

No problem. It doesn't need to be perfect. We just want to meet you.

What Happens After I Apply

You take a 3-minute survey.
You fill out your application and send a short video.

2 to 3 minutes, telling us who you are and why we should pick you. Your phone is fine.
Our team calls you.

By phone or Zoom.
