Her Story

She knows what it's like to start with nothing.

At 18, Adriana's first job in the U.S. was at Burger King. Her mom, Doña Rosy, believed in her when it was hard and pushed the family to open their own insurance office. It started in a small space in Pomona.

It wasn't easy. She was turned down again and again. People told her to go back to her country. She kept going anyway.

Her mom's advice was simple: be willing to learn and be coachable. Adriana lived by it. Now she teaches it.

Why You Can Learn From Her

She does it, and she teaches it.

She's the bestselling author of Cómo ser una mujer chingona ¡y no morirse del miedo! She leads the Chingona Circle for women and the Business Circle for business owners, and hosts the podcast ChingonaMente.

In this program, you learn from her and from the experts who run her departments. They teach what they do every day.

Her Heart

Because success is meant to be shared.

Adriana meets hard-working young people every day. Good kids from good families who want more but don't have the money or the time for years of school. She knows that feeling. She lived it.

So she started Adriana's Foundation, built on one belief: when one person rises, the community rises with them.

“Access creates opportunity. Opportunity creates leaders.”
