Many Latino families work hard and still stay stuck.

They work long days and give everything for their kids. But for generations, many have been limited to the same kinds of jobs. Honest work, but with a low ceiling.

It's not a lack of effort. It's a lack of examples. Many young people have never seen someone from their family lead a team or work for a big company. If they can't picture it, they don't believe it's for them.

College isn't the answer for many of them. It takes years, it costs a lot, and they have to work.

A free career program taught by business experts and university professors.

Adriana's Foundation gives hard-working young Latinos ages 18 to 25 a full scholarship to train in communication, sales, and marketing. It's hands-on and short, and they can keep working while they learn.

We're connected to professors from some of California's great universities. They bring proven teaching and the credibility of respected schools.

Students also get help with their resume, interview practice, and connections to businesses that hire. We don't just teach. We help them walk into a career.
